Success story

            I am feeling very happy to bring forward the success story of my one of the best student,now he is a professor MR Umesh Pande Sir  In my view this is a very inspiring story of it's type because in early schooling period once he got failure in mathematics. This was very shocking for me and to his parents.We not only came together but also seriously gone through the matter.seeing the details we came to know that actual problem was of doing basic mathematics . I well explained the fact to him. To my surprise he began to correct those basics from very next day. His determination was so strong that i also came forward to help him in his efforts.Then that important day came on which he came out with success. that was the great moment and turning point of his life.

He then next took very brave decision to continue his further studies in engineering which require mathematics.
           Thought was there. Energy was there. I was happy and proud of him as he proved to be the best student of engineering. He was very famous and well liked by his professors.He didn't stop there the next destination achieved by him was master's degree in Digital Electronics(M.E.) Hat's off to his achievements. Feeling myself very proud!
           He then worked as a professor in Nandurkar Engineering College for couple of years. During this period he was thinking to start his own work. Again he took a decision to work as a faculty of physics in Yavatmal. Now he runs his own coaching Institute,Candid  Academy there he himself work as a faculty of Physics He is young dynamic fastest established professtional.
         He has developed his own style of teaching to make students more energetic,confident and perfect. His expertise is in NEET/IIT/JEE/AIIMS. He is liked by students and parents for his enthusiastic teaching. He can convert an average student to best performer.There is a reason to believe that students under his guidance can definitely produce great results. He has deep knowledge in Robotics and Automation. His self made projects are very useful to students. His workshops on Robotics and Automation are benefiting lot to students.
